Integration and test of traffic engineering methods for IP/MPLS networks

Project summary

This cooperation has a triple objective:

To interface the traffic engineering toolbox coordinated by ULg/RUN with the monitoring and provisioning tools developed by the University of Naples - Federico II.
To deploy and test the toolbox on the experimental network managed by the latter.
To improve the tools and methods based on the test results.

Funding

In Belgium, funding is provided by the CGRI (Commissariat Général aux Relations Internationales de la communauté française de Belgique) for short-term scientific missions.

Schedule

The project started on January 1st, 2005 for a duration of 2 years.
